That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus Commanding and directing the respondents authority to remove the encroachment over the Government land bearing Khata No-194, Khesra No-516 total area measuring about 10 Decimal, of Muza-Parasia, situated at village- Ward No-06, Parasia, P.O.-Parasia, P.S.- Brahampur, DistrictBuxar, the nature of the said land is 'Annabad Bihar Sarkar, Aam Rasta', and the name of the 'Rayat' in the Kathiyan is Anabad Bihar Sarkar & Aam

Further directing the respondents, to remove the said encroachment by way of comply his own order passed in Encroachment Case No-03/21-22, respondent Circle Officer, Chakee, during the course of the hearing of the encroachment cases vide Encroachment Case No-03/21-22 found the encroachment upon the said Road etc., by the anti social elements with the collusion of the government officials for the purpose of personal use, resultant the public road has completely blocked."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Buxar, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
