Patna High Court CWJC No.9304 of 2019 dt.23-11-2020 2/3 at large seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of writ of Mandamus, Commanding and directing the respondent authorities to re-start the Electric Crematorium situated in Patna and other places under the State of Bihar, which have been remain closed for many days, resultant the people particularly coming from the category of downtrodden society are compelled to through dead body/half burnt dead body/unclaimed/unidentified dead body of their relatives in case of death in the holy river of Ganga which causes water pollution and air pollution and any other relief or reliefs for which the Petitioner is found entitled in the fact and circumstance of the case."

Petitioner namely Shri Vikash Chandra Guddu Baba has sent a written communication seeking adjournment of the matter, till the time the Courts start its function in a physical mode.

We notice that in seven of his matters listed today, we had acceded to such prayer, but are not inclined to accept the same for the reason that the subject matter is same, is already pending consideration before this Court by way of a separate writ petition being C.W.J.C. No. 6756 of 2018 titled as Mukesh Ranjan Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors..

As such, the present petition stands disposed of clarifying that all issues shall be considered in the surviving
