This case has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. It appears that vide order dated 8.5. 2019 the petitioner was granted bail. However, in the cause title, the name of father of petitioner has wrongly been incorporated as " Pahlad Yadav" instead of " Prahalad Yadav". Similarly, the name of the village and P.S. have also wrongly been incorporated as " Bachahariya Tola" instead of " Kachahariya Tola" as well as "Bathwaliya" instead of " Bathwariya" respectively.

Learned counsel for petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of the petition.

The order dated 8.5.2019 is modified to that extent only.
