The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 200 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No.120 of 2024) registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the informant is the mother of the deceased. As per her statement, the deceased after being married was staying in his in-laws house for the last twelve years and he was killed by his wife who has illicit relation with one Arbind Mishra. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. It has further been submitted by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35756 of 2024(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 the learned counsel for the petitioner that this is a case of no evidence and no material has come during investigation to show that the petitioner is involved in the murder of the deceased except for suspicion.

It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady having two children. She has clean antecedent and is in custody since 02.05.2023. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and also the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 200 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No.120 of 2024).
