25-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Town P.S. Case No. 288 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 272, 273, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a), 30(c), 34 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

20 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the hut of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the hut in question does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and she is in custody since 09.04.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
