2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the authorities to conduct time bound, scientific demarcation of the land in question
Patna High Court CWJC No.7360 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 2/3 through Competent Revenue Officials in presence of both parties, direct constitution of an independent inquiry to ascertain whether the Pond has been constructed over the petitioner's land and whether due procedure was followed before sanction, direct initiation of departmental and legal action against officials responsible for granting sanction without verification and ignoring objections, direct recovery and entire public money from the private respondent and direct removal of illegal structure or restoration of land to petitioner if encroachment is established direct fresh adjudication of petitioner's objection by competent authority after granting proper opportunity of hearing."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the matter is taken up by the Deputy Fishery Director, Department of Fishery, Magadh Zone, Gaya (respondent no. 3).
4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.
5. In case, the proper petition/representation alongwith relevant documents is/are filed in next four weeks
Patna High Court CWJC No.7360 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 3/3 before the concerned respondent, relevant parties shall be noticed and after hearing all of them, it is expected that the same will be disposed of with a reasoned order at an earliest.
6. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
