JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 410 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 410 of 323, 504, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation the injuries are simple in nature, case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code has not been made out. I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
