2. During pendency of Civil Review No. 14 of 2013, Union of India and others preferred Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos. 11788-11790 of 2013, it was dismissed as infructuous on 19.01.2024. Therefore, the order dated 05.12.2012 passed in CWJC No. 7658 of 2005 stands merged with the Hon'ble Supreme Court's Order, hence, the civil review do not survive for consideration.

3. Accordingly, the present civil review stands disposed of.
