Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No.434 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Vide order dated 20.10.2022, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court.
Perused the Mediator's Report at Flag 'P'. The Mediator has reported that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation in terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them.
