The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No.335 of 2014 registered for offences under Sections 363 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application on behalf of petitioner nos. 2 and 3, namely, Rajeev @ Rajiv and Janardan Mandal.

Permission is accorded.

The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40766 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 withdrawn so far as petitioner nos. 2 and 3, namely, Rajeev @ Rajiv and Janardan Mandal. are concerned.

So far as petitioner no.1, namely, Priyanka Kumari @ Priyam Bharti is concerned, she is an unmarried girl. Considering the aforesaid facts, the application on behalf of petitioner no.1, namely, Priyanka Kumari @ Priyam Bharti is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner no.1, namely, Priyanka Kumari @ Priyam Bharti, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S.
