JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2023 Crux of the argument, as advanced, while hearing the present criminal revision petition is that opposite party, having also another daughter, to whom she transferred maximum of her property, but not make her liable to pay any maintenance, creating a discrimination with petitioner. After short argument revisionist/petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal revision petition to raise all such issues before the learned Family Court under pending proceeding of Section 125 of Cr.P.C., within available frame of law.

Accordingly, the present criminal revision petition
