====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Bank of India.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In course of investigation, the police has found nothing against this petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused, Karan Kumar Kausal. Further submission is that petitioner, being the Branch Manager, has sanctioned the loan amount after
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54220 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 completion of the official formalities.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Arwal in connection with Kaler P.S. 31 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
