JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for restraining the respondents from encroaching the private land of the petitioner in the garb of construction of a road.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Madhepura regarding his aforesaid grievance by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed off by the District Magistrate, Madhepura, within a period of eight weeks thereafter by passing a reasoned and legal order.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
