2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report i.e. Rampur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2023 and entire criminal proceeding registered under section 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, 498A/34 of the Indian penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. From the reading of the F.I.R., it appears that offences are made out.

4. The F.I.R. cannot be quashed in such serious cases.
