That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents authorities to consider the public petition dated 23.01.2021 ( as contained in Annexure-1) as well as the public petition dated 28.01.2021 and accordingly by initiating and encroachment proceeding to remove the illegal encroachment made by the market committee, Daudnagar Dist-Aurangabad upon the adjacent

Patna High Court CWJC No.12957 of 2021(2) dt.01-11-2022 2/2 "Aam Rasta" and further for issuance of an appropriate writ directing the respondent authorities to take immediate action in the matter as the alleged encroachment would make the day to day life of the local people completely destroyed on account of being left with no access to the out side world and further any other relief/ reliefs the petitioner is found initialed under the law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Market Committee, Daudnagar, District-Aurangabad, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
