2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bundelkhand P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 352, 353 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case in short is that the informant is the Branch Manager of Union Bank of India. On the alleged dated of occurrence, the petitioner entered the chamber of the informant and spread chilli powder on the informant's face. Thereafter, the petitioner repeatedly assaulted the informant by knife due to which he sustained grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that injury mentioned in the case diary is said to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that no reason is assigned in the F.I.R. for committing the crime by the petitioner. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2025 having one criminal case against him. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the informant submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner, who repeatedly assaulted the informant with knife, who is Branch Manager of Union Bank of India. It is further submitted that the doctor has found four external injury on the person of informant which are; (i) incised wound on left Pinna (size 5 cm x 0.5 cm.) (ii) Incised wound on occipital scalp (size 7 cm x 1 cm) (iii) Incised wound on occipital scalp (size 5 cm x 1 cm) and (iv) Incised wound on right middle finger (1cm x 0.5 cm).
6. Since there is specific allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this

7. Accordingly the prayer for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner stands rejected.
8. The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and make all endeavour to conclude the trial at the earliest, preferably, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order. (Khatim Reza, J) premchand/- U T
