JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-11-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Brahmapur P.S. Case No. 227 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Vikram Deo Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, would submit that after investigation, police has submitted charge sheet under bailable sections of the Indian Penal Code and thereafter the court below took cognizance under bailable sections of the IPC and the petitioner has been released. In the circumstances, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
