In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna within a period of four weeks from today and in case such an appeal is filed, the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna shall decide the case of the
