2. At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the present modification application, during the course of the day.

3. By the permission of the Court, let necessary correction be made in the prayer portion of the modification petition by the learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the petitioner.

4. By filing the present petition, the petitioner seeks modification of order dated 13.03.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15168 of 2024, whereby while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner one of the condition has been imposed that one of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60166 of 2024(2) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner, which needs modification for the reason that no own/close family members of the petitioner has any landed property, worth Rs.10,000/-.

5. In view of the averments made in the modification application, the condition as noted hereinabove vide order dated 13.03.2024 stands modified. The petitioner is at liberty to produce a local bailor.

6. The period for surrender of the petitioner and for furnishing bail bonds is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

7. The modification application stands allowed to the extent mentioned hereinabove.
