The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 07 of 2019, corresponding to Tarabari P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 22, 23, 24 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 200 grams of Ganja was seized.

Considering the quantity of the Ganja and the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
