The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 604 of 2020 registered under Section 304 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Anand Kumar. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Further he submits that both the parties of compromised the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
