The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 251 of 2019 registered under Sections 379/411/353 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 76819 of 2019 on 18.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the

Case No. 251 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner and also the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial court. shailendra/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
