The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 745 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 33, 34 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

One person has died because of consuming illicit liquor. The petitioner is accused in eleven more cases of the Excise Act.

In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible.
