JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 91 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 392, 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the allegation under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code an there appears recovery from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
