The present writ petition has been preferred for grant of following reliefs:- "for issuance of proper writ to the authority concerned (Circle Officer, Sadar, Gaya) Respondent No. 2 for the mutation of the name of the petitioner against his gifted property (House) bearing Khata No. 29, Plot No. 5, 6 Halka and Mauja- Rampur, Jamabandi Computer No.

78, volume No. 2 A, Page No. 433, Total area 1930 Square Feet (4.33 Decimal) consisting a house (G Plus one) constructed over the same which recorded in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7805 of 2025(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/2 Government sarista in the name of Late Badruddin (Father of the petitioner) which is gifted by him vide Gift Deed dated 22 August 2023 executed on non-judicial Stamp of Rs. 1,000/- duly signed by the Doctor and Donee and witnesses, having got it possession over the same which he is entitled to get his name mutated.

(II) grant the other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to approach the appropriate Revenue Authority for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
