Having regard to the fact that three witnesses have already been examined in the trial of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to now go into the issue of grant of bail of the petitioner, specially when his prayer has already been rejected on merits by an order dated 8.10.2013 in Cr.Misc.No. 16386/2013. Nonetheless this Court would direct the trial court to ensure that the trial of the petitioner, who is in custody since 2.10.2012, must be concluded within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
