Petitioner has prayed for following relief:- (A) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondents, particularly, to the respondent no.3 and 4 to ensure the registration of Main Chowk Musjid Teghra, main road Teghra Bazar, PO- Teghra, Dist.- Begusarai under the Sunni Wakf Board, Patna which is more then 50 years old and the people of Muslim community used that musjid to

For direction to respondent concern to submit his report on the step taken by him on the public petitions filed by the public of Teghra.

(C) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the present case."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Sunni Wakf Board that grievance of the petitioner is being looked into by the Sunni Wakf Board and enquiry committee has been constituted to enquire into the allegations made by the petitioner and as soon as the report of the said committee is received, appropriate action will be taken by the Sunni Wakf Board. In view of submission made on behalf of the Sunni Wakf Board, there is no purpose for keeping the matter pending and is, accordingly, disposed of.
