2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354B/34, 448, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that when the informant was feeding her child, this petitioner tried to outrage the modesty of the informant. It is further alleged that when the husband of the informant came to save her, this petitioner assaulted him with iron rod on the head. It is further alleged that Suhanwag Rai Bhat, Ahmad Rai Bhat, Naushad Rai Bhat, armed with weapons assaulted the informant and her husband.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation of outraging the modesty of the informant has been found false during the investigation. Doctor has found injuries

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 276 of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
