2. In Para 7 of the M.J.C. No. 4256 of 2016 for modification reasons stated are at Para 7 and 8 which reads as under:- "7. Thatthere is no denying with the fact the petitioner was made respondent is the above mentioned matter but due to wrong address the notice of the petitioner was not properly served to the petitioner and the petitioner could not disclosed the defence point before the Hon'ble High Court.

8. That this is not inadvertent mistake of the respondent rather a well managed design to harass the petitioner without showing proper and authentic reason."

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the

Patna High Court MJC No.4256 of 2016(6) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 modification petition read with the order dated 25.07.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6934 of 2016, there is no typographical error so as to rectify Orders of this Court dated 25.7.2016, having regard to the reasons stated by the petitioner for modification at Para 7 and 8, it is a case of filing Civil Review and not for modification of Orders of this Court dated 25.7.2016.

6. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. No. 4256 of 2016 / modification petition stands dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file Civil Review in accordance with law.
