JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 This Court's order dated 16.05.2014, has been substantially complied with by releasing fund in favour of the petitioner for payment of arrears of salary.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, however, raises a dispute that computation of arrears of salary is based on the rate fixed in 5th pay revision whereas the petitioner is entitled for 6th pay revision's benefits.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise such grievance before the competent officer. If he does so, the concerned officer must consider his grievance and take a call within three months from the date of such representation.
