Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ application, the petitioner has been terminated from the services and order of termination has been challenged by him by way of amendment application. 2.

In view of the nature of prayer made in the present petition, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4986 of 2017(3) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 District Appellate Authority against the order of termination. If such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the District Appellate Authority shall consider the same on its own merit and pass a reasoned and a speaking order. 3.

With the aforesaid observations and direction, this writ application is disposed.
