JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. I. For issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction restraining the respondents not to make any construction upon the land of Muslim graveyard of village- Balgudar, Police Station and District- Lakhisarai bearing Khata no. 398, plot no. 819.
II. For issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18577 of 2013(4) dt.25-02-2023 2/2 respondents authorities not to interfere in the peaceful possession & occupation of the Muslims in respect to the village Balgudar Muslim graveyard.
III. For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to protect the Muslim Graveyard in question by erecting a boundary walls around the same."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai, for redressal for his aforesaid grievances.
Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
