The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, the petitioner chased the informant and tried to shoot him dead from the back.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 01-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. As per restatement of the informant, one Saddam Hussain is alleged to have fired. No injury is attributed to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019.
