The police after investigation has submitted final form as mistake of fact.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the order dated 4.7.2020 passed in Supply Case No. 82 of 2020 cannot sustain. Accordingly, the order dated 4.7.2020, as contained in Annexure-4 is quashed. The respondents are directed to restore
