2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 271 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. A loot of Rs. 11,57,078 was made from the Bandhan Bank. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioner has 10 similar and serious antecedents. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2025.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation, materials that have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime and the criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39582 of 2026(2) dt.22-06-2026 2/2 bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
