The petitioner seeks bail in Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 297/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 399, 400, 402, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1b)A, 26 and 35 of Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that the police apprehended this petitioner along with two other accused persons on the information that they have assembled to commit crime. It is alleged that the police recovered one loaded country made Katta and three live cartridges from possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29015 of 2019(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 in all the cases as mentioned in para 3 of bail petition, petitioner is on bail.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2018.

Keeping in view the period of custody already spent by petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Majhagarh P.S.
