2. Petitioner apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand, the petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons have committed murder of the daughter of the informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the present case is false and concocted. As a matter of fact, the victim died due to snake bite when she had gone to attend
