Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief, as prayed in the instant writ petition, has become infructuous, due to events subsequent to filing of the writ petition. The subsequent development is an order passed under Rule 43 (b) of the Bihar Pension Rules, which the petitioner has assailed by filing CWJC No 14619 of 2021 before this Court. In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
