JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-02-2019 Both the review petitions have been filed to review the Judgment dated 17.5.2016 passed by this Hon'ble Court in First Appeal No. 46 of 1968 along with First Appeal No. 47 of 1968. I.A. Nos. 7503 of 2016 and 7504 of 2016 have been filed on behalf of petitioners making prayer to condone the delay in filing the review petitions against both the Appeals. This Court after looking into the facts as mentioned in the Interlocutory Applications, is not satisfied, with the reason mentioned therein, to condone the delay.
Therefore, both the review petitions are dismissed as barred by limitation.
