JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. T. No.18 of 2021 arising out of CRI-2405 of 2020 arising out of A.P.M. P. S. Case No.143 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Section 304B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2020, he is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and petitioner is a lady.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the deceased was granted bail by order dated 11.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.39948 of 2021.

No.41088 of 2021(2) dt.11-01-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation in the F.I.R. that the husband was having illicit relationship with this petitioner, who is his Bhabhi and further that the deceased committed suicide after 12 years of marriage. In view of the reasoning assigned in order dated 11.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.39948 of 2021, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Darbhanga in connection with S. T. No.18 of 2021 arising out of CRI-2405 of 2020 arising out of A.P.M. P. S. Case No.143 of 2020. The application stands allowed.
