The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 registered under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. The matter relates to love affairs in between the son of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28879 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 petitioner and daughter of the informant. There is specific allegation against co-accused Atikul Mansoori. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-cumSpecial Judge (POSCO), Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
