BAJANTHRI) Date : 17-02-2024 Present M.J.C-Contempt Petition is filed for noncompliance of order dated 21.03.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1690 of 2022.

2. During pendency of the present petition, Respondent-State Bank of India complied the orders of this Court belatedly. The Respondent Bank were required to comply the orders of the Court within three months from the date of

Patna High Court MJC No.995 of 2022 dt.17-02-2024 2/2 petitioner's representation pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 21.03.2022. On the other hand, they have taken almost more than one year. Thus, they have committed Contempt of Court.

3. Be that as it may orders of this Court has been complied belatedly, hence petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five thousand). Cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. If any remaining grievance of the petitioner is required to be redressed by the respondent Bank, in that event, petitioner is at liberty to approach them in filing representation.

4. Accordingly, the present M.J.C-Contempt petition stands disposed of.
