2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"I. To direct the concerned Respondents to pay the Retirement benefits i.e., Pension, Gratuity, C.P.F., Encashment of earned leave and arrears etc. with interest thereon forthwith.
II. To direct the concerned Respondents to release the consequential benefits etc. at the earliest. III. To grant any other relief/reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency, he has been paid certain benefits except for Gratuity and encashment of Earned Leave. It was submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to file representation before the authority concerned.
4. Learned counsel for the State and E.P.F.O. do not oppose.
5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 5. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the respondent no. 5 shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation. If anything further is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.
