JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now only, the A.C.P./ M.A.C.P. benefits are required to be paid apart from payment of the retiral dues on the basis of pay scale of Rs. 15000-39100 with grade pay of Rs. 7600/- in light of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court, reported in 2013(1) PLJR 233 (SC) (State of Bihar and another v. Sunny Prakash and others).

This Court feels that it would be appropriate to give liberty to the petitioner to approach the Finance Officer, Magadh

Patna High Court CWJC No.544 of 2017(6) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 University, Bodh Gaya for redressal of the aforesaid grievances of the petitioner and in case, the petitioner files appropriate representation with regard to the aforesaid grievances before the Finance Officer, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be addressed to and a reasoned order shall be passed by the Finance Officer, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
