====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-09-2018 Heard Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Navin Kumar Pandey, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, mother-in-law of the deceased, apprehending her arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 304(B) /34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of her arrest or surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the court that deceased had committed suicide since there was some altercation in between the deceased and her husband, however, there was no material to connect the petitioner in the present case.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54087 of 2018(2) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 prayer. He submits that death had occurred within seven years of marriage and dead body was found in the premises, which was occupied by the petitioner and other accused persons and it was not a natural death but death had occurred due to hanging. Be that as it may, considering the nature of accusation as well as the fact that petitioner is the mother-inlaw of the deceased , there is no reason to entertain the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
