The petitioner seeks bail in Agiaon Garhani P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that alleged Motorcycle which is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner belonged to him. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 14.3.2019.

It is mentioned in the impugned order that during hearing of the bail petition, the copy of registration of alleged

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Distt. Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Agiaon Garhani P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
