The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Vaishali P. S. Case No. 120 of 2020 dated 15.04.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act,

The petitioner is alleged to have made some attempt at outraging the modesty of the daughter of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from the nature of accusation levelled in the F.I.R. and the fact that the report was lodged after 10 days of the occurrence make it very obvious that the implication of the petitioner in this case is motivated and for ulterior purposes.

The petitioner has clean antecedents.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge
