2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 09.05.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 2221 of 2022 (Annexure - 1 to the petition).

3. The trial court report reveals that charge has been framed on 13.05.2022 and till date, out of 08 prosecution witnesses, only 01 witness has been examined and rest 07 witnesses are yet to be examined. Petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2021.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let

Case No. 227 of 2015, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 87 of 2022.
