JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. at Annexure-2 reveals that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner and has married with the petitioner.
