The petitioner seeks bail in Bheldi P.S. Case No. 56/2019, instituted for offences under Section(s) 447, 448, 427, 384, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been implicated in this case because of family dispute between the parties.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence while informant was returning to his house from school then petitioner stopped him and demanded Rs. 10,000/- per month as Rangdari. It is alleged that on the same night at about 2:00 A.M. the informant received information from his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28995 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 school guard that some criminals have entered in the school and made firing upon him. The informant reached at his school and saw this petitioner armed with pistol and two other unknown persons were running away.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIIth, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 56/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
